by Jacques Whitford - Stantec Limited and AMEC Ltd. at the time the work was performed at the
specific testing and/or sampling locations, and can only be extrapolated to an undefined limited area
around these locations.
The extent of the limited area depends on the surface water conditions, as well as the history of the
harbour reflecting natural, construction and other activities. In addition, analyses have been carried out
for a limited number of chemical parameters, and it should not be inferred that other chemical species
are not present. Due to the nature of the investigation and the limited data available, HRM, Jacques
Whitford - Stantec Limited and AMEC Ltd. cannot warrant against undiscovered environmental
liabilities.
