Home Owners:

Hiring a Company:
If you are a Home Owner / Property Owner and will be hiring a company to apply the pesticide for you, the company you hire may submit the permit application on your behalf.

Doing it yourself:
If you are a Home Owner / Property Owner and will be applying the pesticide to the property yourself, please proceed to the Pesticide Agreement page.

Commercial Applicators:
