Unless otherwise stated, all Tenders close at 2:00 P.M. (AST) and all Quotes close at 4:00 P.M. (AST) on the indicated closing date at the Procurement Office, 5251 Duke Street, 3rd Floor, Halifax, NS. Quotes are not public openings unless otherwise stated.

All Tender costs are "Non Refundable."

Payments are to be made by cheque or money order. We cannot accept cash, debit or credit card at the Procurement Office.

Anyone wishing to pay by cash, debit or credit, may do so at our storefront located in Scotia Square Mall.
