The Cole Harbour Outdoor pool is open from July 1 to August 31, 2024.
The Cole Harbour Outdoor pool is located at 609 Colby Drive in Dartmouth. This outdoor pool has 6 X 25-metre lanes, a slide, and a new splash pad with a variety of play features providing swimming opportunities for all ages. The Cole Harbour Outdoor pool offers a variety of activities including lane swimming, swimming lessons & open swims.

Memberships & Drop-in Fees
The Cole Harbour Outdoor pool offers pool memberships for adults, seniors, youth and households (family of 5). Memberships are now on sale.
Seasonal memberships can be purchased in-person at Cole Harbour Recreation Centre (1216 Cole Harbour Rd.) or by calling (902) 490-4711 as these cannot be done online or via the registration line.
Swim Fees: $2 (tax included) per person per swim. Payment for open swims and lane swims will be taken directly at the pool via cash, credit, or debit. Pre-booking swims is NOT required.

1 visit pool pass includes both Aquafit and Lane Swimming.

The fees listed below are effective April 1, 2024.
(Please note: tax will be added to all prices listed below)
Youth Rates: $54.62 - Individuals up to & including 18 years of age.
Adult Rates: $72.83 - Individuals 19 to 54 years of age.
Senior Rates: $54.62 - Individuals 55 years of age or older.
Household Rates: $145.66 - Maximum of 5 people from the same household (address).

To register for swimming lessons visit our website or call our registration line at 902.490.6666. All lessons must be pre-booked.
Activity Bookings
Booking in advance will NOT be required for summer 2024. We will be accepting cash, credit & debit cards at the pool.
Changerooms
Changerooms are available in the summer, including on-deck showers.
Rentals
Outdoor Pools will no longer offer paid private pool rentals, allowing for more public open swims. Groups are welcome to attend public swims. You are asked to come early to secure your spots as swims fill quickly!

Children 7 and under
Children 7 years old or younger must have a parent or guardian (18 years or older) within arms reach at all times, to a maximum of 3 children per adult.Children between 8 and 11
Children between the ages of 8 and 11 must have a parent or guardian (18 years or older), at the facility, in case of an emergency.Youth 12 - 17
Youth between the ages of 12 and 17 can use the facility on their own, but cannot act as a guardian for children 11 and under.
