At approximately 7:55 p.m. on August 9, a 34-year-old man went to an apartment in the 100 block of Pinecrest Drive in Dartmouth and attempted to rob two males at that location.

At approximately 5:50 p.m., a male was driving westbound (inbound) on Prince Albert Road in Dartmouth. The male was driving by Sullivan’s Pond, as the geese were crossing over from the area of Elliott Street. The male did not see the geese and struck three of them.
