Winter 2025 program registration dates
PDFs for upcoming rec programs can now be previewed online. Dryland registration opens at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4. Registration for skating and aquatic programs will open on Thursday, December 5 at 10 a.m.

Transit Service Changes
Starting on Nov. 18, 2024, there will be routing and scheduling improvements to Route 1 Spring Garden, improved branched Route 10 A/B/C Dalhousie and a new Express Route 192 Hemlock Ravine.

Halifax Christmas Tree Lighting Event
Join us at Grand Parade on Saturday, Nov. 23, from 6 to 7 p.m. for an evening filled with holiday spirit, including fireworks, a visit from Santa and live performances by Julia Tynes, PAW Patrol’s SKYE and CHASE and Gabby’s Dollhouse Dance Party.
