Designer of the Climate 101 badge, Lorne A. Julien is a proud Mi’kmaw artist and member of Millbrook First Nation. He specializes in contemporary Indigenous acrylic paintings and murals and prefers to use rich, vibrant colours in his work.
Julien's artwork is a form of prayer and personal healing that he aspires to bring into the world. He believes that incorporating Indigenous art in public spaces is a simple act of reconciliation that allows us to move forward in a spirit of mutual respect and understanding.

Designer of the Getting Around badge, Molly Margaret is an illustrator and creator based in Halifax whose work is inspired by plants and botanicals, East Coast culture and architecture. Her primary goal as an artist is to create colourful, whimsical work for everyone to enjoy.

Designer of the Home Energy badge, Emily Elisabeth is an illustrator and designer based in Halifax whose work focuses on joy, playfulness and hope. She enjoys working with non-profit organizations and social enterprises to help make the world a more equitable and sustainable place. Emily takes a multidisciplinary approach to her practice, often playing with different media depending on the project.
