Zzap Consulting Inc. is applying to enter into a Development Agreement to allow a 3-storey commercial building and a 6-storey residential building at 1491 Sackville Drive, Middle Sackville.
Proposal
The applicant wishes to subdivide the site into two parcels. On one parcel the proposal includes a 3-storey commercial building. The second parcel includes a 6-storey multi-unit residential building. The major aspects of the proposal are as follows:
- Commercial Building proposed gross floor area is 18,000ft2 (1,672.25m2)
- 51 surface parking spaces for commercial
- Residential Building proposed above grade gross floor area is 140,400ft2 (13,034.59m2)
- 124 residential units
- 146 residential parking spaces proposed (surface and two levels of underground parking)
The Development Plans (provided below) outline the development proposal in detail, and include information related to proposed building and parking locations and building massing.

The application will be considered under the Development Agreement Process
Status
The application is currently undergoing another round of public engagement. Municipal staff are seeking your feedback on the proposal. Your participation is extremely important to us, and we encourage all members of the public to participate.
