The applicant, Harvey Architecture, has requested for a substantive amendment to the existing Development Agreement to permit a Shared Housing with Special Care facility at PID 41508607. The proposed facility will, be 3 storeys in height, contain 48 beds and have pedway connections to adjacent buildings at 239 and 185 Gary Martin Drive, Bedford.
Proposal
The applicant wishes to amend the existing development agreement for a property on Gary Martin Drive near the intersection of Castlestone Drive (PID 41508607) to permit the construction of a new Shared Housing with Special Care facility. The subject property is located between 185 and 239 Gary Martin Drive and will include a pedway connection to the existing building at 185 Gary Martin Drive.
The development plans submitted by the applicant (provided below) outline the proposal in detail, and includes information related to the Shared Housing with Special Care building, pedway connection locations, building envelope, and site plan and Traffic Impact Statement (TIS).
Process
The application will be considered under the Substantive Amendments to a Development Agreement process.
Status
The application has completed the Team Review process and is currently being reviewed in detail by staff and other agencies.
