Proposal
The applicant has applied to enter into a development agreement for the lands located at 119 Merrimac Dr (PID 40145641) to allow for the existing 41-unit residential building and the development of a new 8-unit residential building.
The major aspects of the proposal are as follows:
- Inclusion of the existing 41-unit residential building as is currently built
- Development of a new 8-unit residential building fronting onto Merrimac Dr
- Reconfiguration of the parking area and driveway entrances
The Development Plans (provided below) outline the development proposal in detail, and include information related to existing and proposed building locations, parking locations, driveway access, and landscaping.
