The applicant has applied for non-substantive amendments to the existing development agreement on the Lake Loon lands (32 Loonview Lane and 613 Highway 7) in order to extend the time limits for both commencement and completion times of the development. The major aspects of the proposal are as follows:

  • amend existing development agreement on 32 Loonview Lane (PID 41332503) and 613 Highway 7 (PID 00619627) in order to extend time of commencement by additional 2 years.
  • amend existing development agreement on 32 Loonview Lane (PID 41332503) and 613 Highway 7 (PID 00619627) in order to extend time of completion by additional 5 years.

The original development agreement and successive documents (provided below) outlines the development proposal in detail, and includes information related to the existing development agreement permitting this request.
