13.1.1 Case 21808:  Amendments to the Dartmouth Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-Law for Burnside Industrial Park and City of Lakes Business Park, Dartmouth [PDF]
Motion:
That Harbour East Marine Drive Community Council recommend that Regional Council:
1. Give First Reading to consider the proposed amendments to the Secondary Municipal Planning Strategy (SMPS) and Land Use By-law (LUB) for Dartmouth, as set out in Attachments A and B of the January 28, 2020 staff report, to re-designate and rezone lands within Burnside Industrial Park and City of Lakes Business Park, and schedule a public hearing; and    
2. Approve the proposed amendments to the SMPS and LUB for Dartmouth, as set out in Attachments A and B of the January 28, 2020 staff report.

13.1.2 Case 20756:  Amendments to the Dartmouth Municipal Planning Strategy for 246 Waverley Road and 2 and 4 Montebello Drive, Dartmouth [PDF]
Motion:
That Harbour East Marine Drive Community Council recommend that Regional Council:
1. Give First Reading to consider amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy for Dartmouth as set out in Attachment A of the June 1, 2020 staff report, to re-designate lands at the southeast corner of Waverley Road and Montebello Drive (Civic 246 Waverley Road, and 2 and 4 Montebello Drive), to the WR Mixed-Use sub-designation, and schedule a public hearing; and 
2. Adopt the amendments to the MPS for Dartmouth, as set out in Attachment A June 1, 2020 staff report.
 
13.1.3 Fence located at 470 Dyke Road [PDF]
Motion:
That Harbour East Marine Drive Community Council approve the request to construct fencing in excess of 6.5 feet in height at 470 Dyke Road, Cow Bay.

13.1.4 Case 21880: Rezoning and Development Agreement for 358-364 Portland Street and PIDs 40356081 and 00221952, Dartmouth [PDF]
Motion:
That Harbour East Marine Drive Community Council:
1. Approve the proposed development agreement, which shall be substantially of the same form as set out in Attachment B; and
2. Require that the development agreement be signed by the property owner within 120 days, or any extension thereof granted by Council on request of the property owner, from the date of final approval by Council and any other bodies as necessary, including applicable appeal periods, whichever is later; otherwise this approval will be void and obligations arising hereunder shall be at an end.
