Motion:
That Halifax and West Community Council give First Reading to consider approval of the proposed rezoning, as set out in Attachment A of the January 13, 2017 staff report, to rezone a portion of the former Briarwood golf course, located at Herring Cove Road in Halifax from the R-1 (Single Family Dwelling) Zone to the R-2 (Two-Family Dwelling) Zone of the Land Use By-law for Halifax Mainland, and schedule a public hearing; and
13.1.2 Case 20120: Rezoning Request – Lands at Parkmoor Avenue, Hayes Street and Charlton Avenue, Halifax (First Reading) [PDF]

That Halifax and West Community Council give first reading to consider approval of the proposed rezoning, as set out in Attachment A of the December 15, 2016 staff report, to rezone one portion of the lands located at Parkmoor Avenue, Hayes Street and Charlton Avenue in Halifax from the R-1 (Single Family Dwelling) Zone to R-2 (Two-Family Dwelling) Zone and another portion of the same lands from the R-2 Zone to R-1 Zone of the Land Use By-law for Halifax Mainland, and schedule a public hearing
