13.1 STAFF
Motion:
That Harbour East-Marine Drive Community Council:
1. Approve, by resolution, the proposed amending development agreement, which shall be substantially of the same form as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated August 14, 2019; and
2. Require the amending development agreement be signed by the property owner within 120 days, or any extension thereof granted by Council on request of the property owner, from the date of final approval by Council and any other bodies as necessary, including applicable appeal periods whichever is later; otherwise this approval will be void and obligations arising hereunder shall be at an end.

That Harbour East-Marine Drive Community Council:
1. Approve, by resolution, the proposed amending development agreement, which shall be substantially of the same form as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated August 23, 2019; and
2. Require the amending development agreement be signed by the property owner within 120 days, or any extension thereof granted by Council on request of the property owner, from the date of final approval by Council and any other bodies as necessary, including applicable appeal periods, whichever is later; otherwise this approval will be void and obligations arising hereunder shall be at an end.
Motion:
That Harbour East - Marine Drive Community Council give Notice of Motion to consider the proposed amending development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated October 11, 2019 to allow a non-substantive amendment to an existing development agreement extending the commencement date for the building construction.

That Harbour-East Marine Drive Community Council:
1. Approve, by resolution, the proposed Second Amending Agreement to allow a non-substantive amendment (phasing change), which shall be substantially of the same form as contained in the revised Attachment B of the staff report dated June 19, 2019;
2. Require the Second Amending Agreement be signed by the property owner within 120 days, or any extension thereof granted by Council on request of the property owner, from the date of final approval by Council and any other bodies as necessary, including applicable appeal periods, whichever is later, otherwise this approval will be void and obligations arising hereunder shall be at an end.

That Harbour East - Marine Drive Community Council approve the proposed 2020 meeting schedule as outlined in attachment A of the staff report dated November 4, 2019.

1.Give First Reading to consider approval of the proposed amendment to the Land Use By-law for Dartmouth, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated September 18, 2019, to amend the lot coverage requirements in the TH (Town Housing) Zone, and schedule a public hearing;
2. Give First Reading to consider approval of the proposed amendment to Schedule 1 of the Land Use By-law for Dartmouth, to rezone lands at 20 Sea King Drive, Dartmouth from the R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zone to the TH (Town Housing) Zone, as set out in Attachment B of the staff report dated September 18, 2019, and schedule a public hearing.
