9.1.2 Case H00520: Amendment to the Bonus Zoning Provisions for Heritage Buildings within the Downtown Halifax Land Use By-law

Motion:
THAT the Design Review Committee recommend that Halifax Regional Council: 

1.    Give First Reading to consider an amendment to the Land Use By-law for Downtown Halifax as contained in Attachment A and schedule a public hearing; and 

2.    Adopt the amendment to the Land Use By-law for Downtown Halifax, as set out in Attachment A.

9.1.3 Amendment to the Design Review Committee Terms of Reference –Section 4 of the Downtown Halifax Land Use Bylaw

Motion:
THAT Design Review Committee recommend that Halifax Regional Council adopt the amendments to the Land Use By-law for Downtown Halifax as set out in Attachment 2 of this report.

9.1.4 Design Review Committee 2022 Proposed Meeting Schedule - To be circulated

THAT the Design Review Committee approve the 2022 meeting schedule as presented.
