Motion:
That the Environment & Sustainability Standing Committee strike an interview panel in accordance with Section 6.4 of the Public Appointment Policy, to:
1. Determine the candidates to be interview for the two citizen nominations to the Halifax Regional Water Commission Board.
2. Direct the panel to return to Environment & Sustainability Standing Committee for their consideration of nominations to forward to Regional Council for appointment.
14.1.2 Citizen Appointments to the Regional Watersheds Advisory Board – Private and Confidential Report
Motion:
That the Environment & Sustainability Standing Committee:
1. Appoint two citizens to the Regional Watersheds Advisory Board (Water-related Professional) for a term to November 2018.
2. That the citizen appointments be released to the public following ratification and notification of the successful candidates.
