A copy of a signed letter or agreement confirming the property or units will be conveyed to your organization, or a copy of a long-term lease with an eligible Non-Profit Organization (required if the development property is not owned by your organization) *

Copies of estimates from at least two professional contractors for the proposed project *

A copy of your operating budget/pro forma *

Submission to Affordable Housing Grant Program will be reviewed by Halifax Regional Municipality staff and external representatives such as representatives from the United Way, the Canada Housing and Mortgage Corporation and Housing Nova Scotia.
