This sign form is filled out to accompany the application which applies to a business which is physically located within the area of the following identified highways:
No person shall display, permit, or cause to be displayed any advertisement on an identified highway unless the advertisement is allowed under this By-Law.
The applicant/license holder shall be familiar with and abide by all regulations in accordance with By-Law A-600, Advertising on Provincial Highways; additional information can be found in By-Law A-600 - Advertising on Provincial Highways.
In accordance with Section 485 of the Municipal Government Act (MGA), any personal information collected on this application form will only be used by municipal staff and, if necessary, individuals and/or organizations under service contract with the Halifax Regional Municipality for purposes relating to the processing of Directional Sign License Applications.
