On September 2 at 7:55 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a weapons call in the area of Rosedale Avenue and Dutch Village Road in Halifax. Officers located a man suffering from a non-life-threatening stab wound to his leg and officers administered first aid to the victim prior to EHS arrival. A suspect was arrested on scene and is in custody.
Members of the Integrated General Investigation Section along with the Forensic Identification Unit attended and the scene is being held for a warrant at this time. The matter is under investigation.
