On April 25 at approximately 6:32 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to an assault call just outside of a Halifax Transit Bus stop located at 5251 Duke Street, Halifax.
Officers attended and learned that a youth, while walking, was approached by three suspects from behind. They removed a piece of clothing from his back pack and an altercation ensued. During this time, the victim was sprayed with a sensory irritant.
He was treated on scene and there were no serious injuries reported. The suspects were not located but are described to police as:
- White man, unknown age, 5’6” tall with buzzed hair and top bun.
- White man, 6’, slim build and medium brown hair.
- White man, dark hair in a ponytail, 30-40 years-old, medium to heavy build, baseball cap with black Puma logo, orange/red sweatshirt, black shorts, white socks, white flip flops.
