Halifax Regional Police advises citizens that Barrington Street in Halifax is closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic in both directions between Prince Street and Sackville Street after the discovery of a suspicious package. Officers are on scene and re-directing traffic away from the area.
We ask motorists and pedestrians to use alternate routes.
