The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that Bishop Street will be closed starting Monday and lasting until Friday between Lower Water and Hollis streets.
This closure is needed to facilitate construction at The Bishop.
Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. Monday to 4 p.m. Friday. Traffic safety personnel will direct motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists around the worksite, as needed.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to take alternative routes whenever possible.
