At approximately 4:34 p.m. on April 16 Halifax Regional Police responded to a break and enter in progress in the 0-100 block of Caxton Close in Halifax. Officers entered the residence and located a male inside and recovered property that the male had in his possession. A 41-year-old Halifax man is in custody and will appear in Halifax Provincial Court on April 17 to face charges of break and enter, possession of stolen property and breach of probation.
