On August 17 at 8:15 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a Break & Enter in progress at the construction site 112 Tacoma Drive, Dartmouth. A witness saw a man entering the building under construction.
Patrol and the K-9 Unit attended and while searching the building an officer saw the suspect jump the security fence to get away. The man was quickly arrested by officers and will appear in Dartmouth Provincial court at a later date to face the Break & Enter charge.
