Wednesday, July 1, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that the official Canada Day fireworks scheduled to take place this evening over the Halifax Harbour are cancelled due to rain and foggy conditions.
The Canada Day fireworks will be rescheduled instead to Friday, July 3, at 10 p.m., as per the Fireworks Cancellation Policy.
The municipality regrets any inconvenience that may be caused by this event cancellation, and hopes that residents continue to safely enjoy Canada Day celebrations this evening.
