Due to the current storm conditions and weather forecasts for later today and tonight, curbside collection of garbage, organics, and recyclables in areas normally scheduled to occur on Friday, Jan. 5, has been cancelled.
The following facilities will also be closed tomorrow, Friday, Jan. 5:
- The Materials Recycling Facility located at 20 Horseshoe Lake Drive
- The Composting Facilities located at 80 Gloria McCluskey Avenue in Burnside and 61 Evergreen Place in Goodwood
For residents who normally have collection on Friday, Jan. 5, there will be a regular, makeup collection day on Saturday, Jan. 13.
