On September 19 at 5:36 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Break & Enter in progress at the NSLC located at 3601 Joseph Howe Drive, Halifax after a man broke in the store and removed some product. The suspect fled on foot and was not located. He is described to police as a white man wearing all black and a red ball cap.
