The Halifax Regional Municipality is inviting residents to attend a public presentation and open house regarding the planning framework for Downtown Dartmouth.
The discussion will focus on reviewing the aspects of the Downtown Dartmouth Plan update for the downtown business district designation and opportunity sites that can be realized and adopted in Centre Plan Package A.

Information gathered from public consultations, as well as updates to the Secondary Municipal Planning Strategy and the Land Use By-Law for Downtown Dartmouth will be incorporated into the draft of the Centre Plan.

La Municipalité régionale d’Halifax invite les résidents à assister à une présentation publique et à une journée portes ouvertes qui porteront sur le cadre de planification du centre-ville de Dartmouth.
La discussion sera axée sur l’examen de différents aspects de la mise à jour du Downtown Dartmouth Plan – plan du centre-ville de Dartmouth – en vue de la désignation du district commercial du centre-ville et sur les sites qui pourraient être mis en œuvre et adoptés dans la trousse A du Centre Plan.
