At approximately 3:34 a.m. officers responded to the Primrose Street area of Dartmouth to the report of an unconscious male. Members located 28-year-old Brendan Carter lying on the ground. He was intoxicated and found to be in possession of a knapsack that contained a long gun. He was arrested without incident and will be making a morning court appearance to face numerous firearm related charges.
