At approximately 8:55 p.m. on October 24, Halifax Regional Police responded to the area of the Dartmouth Ferry Terminal located at 88 Alderney Drive in relation to an assault of a 52-year-old male crew member onboard a ferry crossing from Halifax to Dartmouth. A 54-year-old man was arrested and will appear in court at a later date to face an assault charge. The crew member was not injured during the assault.
