At 9:19 p.m. September 11, Halifax Regional Police responded to the 3500 block of Lynch Street in Halifax for a report of shots fired. The residents of the apartment stated someone had thrown an incendiary device through the window which caused a small fire and minor injuries to the occupants. Halifax Regional Fire attended to deal with the fire. Members of the Forensic Identification Section and The Integrated General Investigation Section attended as well. The investigation is continuing.
