At approximately 12:30 a.m. this morning, police received a call from a female who had witnessed a male masturbating in public, in the area of Church Street and Morris Street in Halifax. Patrol officers responded while the witness was still on scene. A 27-year-old man was arrested and faces charges of an indecent act. He will appear in court tomorrow.
