UPDATE: Missing teen, who was reported missing on December 28, has been located and is safe. Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.

Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 15-year-old female from Dartmouth. Carlie Robar was last seen on December 27, at approximately 11:30 a.m., when leaving a residence in the Woodlawn area.
Carlie is described as a white female, light complexion, 5’4”, slim build with long dark hair and a nose ring. She was last seen wearing a red hooded shirt, dark blue leggings and grey slippers.
There is no information to suggest that Carlie has met with foul play, however, Carlie’s family and police are concerned for her well-being.
