On April 21 at 10:55 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to the 100 block of Hebridean Drive in Halifax, after a witness located a collision involving an all-terrain vehicle. The driver, a man, was located with the all-terrain vehicle and was transported to the hospital by Emergency Health Services for treatment of injuries. The investigation is ongoing, and alcohol is believed to be a factor.
