At 8:30 a.m. on December 20, a female in her teens, walking west bound on Coronation Avenue, attempted to cross in an unmarked crosswalk at Willett Street. The youth ran into the intersection and was struck by a motorist driving a car south on Willett Street. The youth was taken to the IWK as a precaution. There have been no charges laid at this point.
