The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road construction will take place this weekend and next, in the Pleasant Street/Mount Hope Avenue intersection to facilitate electrical work for the Dartmouth General Hospital.
Crews will be on site from:
- 7 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15
- 7 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22
Traffic control personnel will be on site to direct motorists, cyclists and pedestrians around the worksite as needed. Access to Mount Hope Avenue will be maintained.
Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use an alternative route whenever possible.
