Halifax Regional Police has charged a man with voyeurism and trespassing at night in relation to an incident that happened earlier this week in Dartmouth.

Yesterday morning, police received a report of a suspicious person at a residence on Inverary Drive in Dartmouth. The homeowner reported that the previous night (December 9) a man had been standing directly outside a bedroom window at the back of the house and was looking in through the window.

At approximately 12:40 p.m. yesterday, investigators in the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division arrested Kyle Gordon Wright, 27, of Dartmouth, without incident. Wright is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today to face one count each of voyeurism, trespassing at night, and three counts of failure to comply with a release order.
