Police have charged a man and a woman in relation to two break and enters that occurred in Halifax in July.
On July 11, 2020 police received a report of a break and enter that had occurred at an apartment building in the 6300 block of Coburg Road in Halifax. The suspect(s) broke into the building and stole electronic equipment from the gym. The day before, suspect(s) had broken into the building and stolen two bicycles from the gym.
Officers arrested a man and a woman today without incident at an address in Halifax. A 46-year-old Halifax man has been charged with break and enter in relation to both incidents and a 45-year-old Halifax woman has been charged with break and enter in relation to the first incident. Both are scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date to face the charges.
