Update: Police no longer on scene at Chelsea Lane in Halifax
Police are no longer on scene at Chelsea Lane in Halifax. The investigation is ongoing. We thank the public for their patience and cooperation. We also thank the RCMP for their assistance with the operation.

Police conducting search warrant
Halifax Regional Police members from Guns and Gangs section as well as the Emergency Response Team are currently on scene, in the area of Chelsea Lane, Halifax.
A number of members are completing the service of a search warrant. There is no threat to public safety, however, we ask members of the public to avoid the area to allow officers to conduct the search and investigation. An update will be provided when available.
