On January 22, 2020 at approximately 9:36 a.m., a 23-year-old man turned himself in at Halifax Regional Police Headquarters on Gottingen Street.

Tobin Zack Simmonds appeared in Halifax Provincial Court on January 22,2020 to face one count of break and enter.

On January 20, 2020 at approximately 8:25 a.m., a 26-year-old man turned himself in to Halifax Regional Police Headquarters on Gottingen Street.

Vaughandez Joseph Arnell Beals is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court today to face one count of break and enter.

On January 18 at 7:35 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Break & Enter not in progress at The Cut Steak House 5120 Salter Street, Halifax. The caller reported that during previous night, three men broke into the restaurant and left with a number of liquor bottles. 

Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are conducting the investigation have identified the suspects. Investigators believe one of the suspects maybe armed with a firearm. Police ask that the public use caution and do not approach the suspects.
