Police investigate robbery

Police are investigating a robbery that occurred in Dartmouth yesterday.

 At approximately 5:10 p.m. police responded to a robbery in-progress at the Dollarama store located at 118 Wyse Road. Two male youths entered the store and one of the youths stole merchandise. They were approached by a security officer and the youth who had stolen merchandise produced a knife and threatened the security officer. Both youths then fled the area on foot.

The suspect with the knife is described as white, in his late teens, approximately 5’9” tall and 150 lbs. At the time the suspect was wearing a grey hooded sweater and a black toque.

The second suspect is described as white, in his late teens, approximately 5’8” tall and 140 lbs. At the time the suspect was wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.
