Police are investigating a robbery that occurred in Dartmouth last week.
On June 16 at approximately 6:40 a.m., police responded to a report of an assault that had just occurred on Primrose Street in Dartmouth. Two men approached another man who was not known to them. One of the men assaulted the victim and took his property. Both suspects then fled the area on foot. The victim was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect who assaulted the victim is described as a Black man in his 30s, approximately 5'8” tall, bald, with a medium build and a tattoo on his face and wearing black pants and a red sweater.
The second suspect is described as a white man, approximately 35 years old and 6' tall.
