On January 19 at 3:09 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a robbery at the Irving Gas Station located at 280 Lacewood Avenue, Halifax. The caller reported a man with a knife robbed the store and left on foot. No one was injured.
Patrol officers and a Police Service Dog responded to the scene and conducted a detailed track, but were not able to locate the suspect. The suspect is described to police as a white man, between 19-30 years-old, who was wearing a light blue hooded jacket, jeans and gloves.
