Police investigate Robbery GO# 21-30170

On March 12 at 9:13 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a Robbery call in the 0-100 block of Portland Street, Dartmouth. The owner of a business indicated that three men, wearing masks, came into the store with a firearm and the suspects made off with an amount of cash and property. During the robbery, the 65-year-old victim was assaulted and suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The victim was transported to the QE2 Hospital. The suspects fled the store and the matter is currently under investigation.
