Police investigate robbery GO#20-30574

On March 5 at 2:55 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery that had just occurred at The Home Depot located at 367 Lacewood Drive, Halifax. Staff reported that they approached a man who they suspected to be shoplifting and saw blades. The suspect produced a box-cutter knife and fled to a waiting dark pickup truck. No one was injured. The suspects are described to police as:

Suspect one – White man in his late 20’s with a thin build, brown hair and scruffy facial hair. He was wearing a black parka with fur lined hood and high boots with tape.

Suspect two – White man who is believed to be in his 50’s. He was driving the dark pickup truck.
