Police Investigate Robbery – Halifax

At 2:45 p.m. on February 11,  Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery at the Bank of Nova Scotia at 6005 Coburg Road in Halifax. A man entered with a handgun and demanded money. The suspect left on foot with an amount of money and was last seen running south on Robie Street. No one was injured during the incident. 

Patrol officers, a police service dog and members of the General Investigation Section searched the area, but officers have not located the suspect. 

The suspect is described as a white male, medium build, 5’6”-5’8”. At the time of the incident he was wearing a blue winter jacket with the hood up and a black mask over his face. The weapons is described as a silver handgun.
