On October 3 at approximately 11:50 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to reports of two break and enter complaints that occurred in businesses located side by side in Bedford.
The food industry businesses, Grill Way and Catering and Booza Emessa located at 817 and 819 Bedford Highway, Bedford were broken into by an unknown suspect(s) sometime overnight. A staff member discovered the incidents had taken place on Saturday morning. A significant amount of food product and other items were taken.
Members of the Integrated General Investigation Section are investigating. Investigators will attempt to determine if these incidents are related to any recent similar incidents.
