Police Investigate vehicle collision GO# 20-41716

On April 3 at 5:42 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to reports of vehicle being driven into the BMO on Mumford Road, Halifax. Upon arrival officers located a vehicle partially inside the front lobby of the business. Fortunately, there were no injuries. There was significant damage to the business and to the vehicle which had to be towed from the scene. Officers have determined that the vehicle was not intentionally driven into the business.

A 25-year-old man from Halifax is facing multiple charges under the provincial Motor Vehicle Act including driving while his driver’s license was revoked and using a communications device to text message while operating a vehicle.
