Police investigate weapons call GO#21-105460

On August 29 at approximately 2:40 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a weapons complaint at the McDonald’s Restaurant located at 588 Portland Street, Dartmouth.  

Patrol officers attended the area and located a 57-year-old man suffering from a stab wound. The victim was transported to the QEII Hospital for treatment, the seriousness of this injury is unknown.

Two suspects were taken into custody at the scene. At this time, police are not looking for any other suspects.

Members from the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division and Forensic Identification Section have been called to assist with this investigation.
