The Halifax Regional Police Traffic Unit issued 102 tickets in relation to speeding and other motor vehicle-related offences over a three-day period.
Since Tuesday, members of the HRP Traffic Unit issued 102 summary offence tickets: 19 for speeding, 25 for no insurance and 58 for other offences including unsafe lane change, driving with a suspended license, failing to yield when entering a highway, failing to stop at a red light and using a cell phone while driving.
We all have a role to play in keeping our roads safe. If you see someone driving dangerously, report it to police by calling 911.
